Futures Intensives are short, high-impact experiences designed to help Disabled and Neurodivergent youth build skills, explore identity, and take action—alongside a community that gets it. Each Intensive offers a different focus, format, and experience.

Hybrid 6 week
In-person + virtual (Toronto + Zoom)
A 6-week evening experience combining in-person connection with virtual learning.

A 6-week evening cohort designed for connection, flexibility, and learning from anywhere in Canada.

A 6-week weekend experience designed for deeper connection, reflection, and community-building.

Develop bold, authentic leadership opportunities and bring your ideas to life, making a real impact in your community.
Eligibility
FUTURES is open to youth who are:
- Between 18–30 years old
- Identify as Disabled, Neurodivergent, or equity-deserving (LGBTQ2S+, BIPOC)
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Excited to invest in yourself, build connections, and grow
- Able to commit to shared programming and independent work
